Client Project Work

  • print materials - revisions and new designs within established guidelines for a wide variety of print projects
  • website revisions/updates
  • work with print vendors and clients to coordinate estimates, deadlines, delivery and prepare/submit files for print

Administrative Work

  • manage project tracking applications like Timefox / Basecamp and prepare weekly project status reports
  • errands (post office, bank, office supplies, client/printer pick-up/delivery)
  • answer phone and general emails
  • digital asset management -- organize existing assets, and oversee ongoing maintenance
  • client contact database establishment and management
  • bookkeeping -- assist with invoicing & expense tracking

The successful candidate has basic graphic design skills and a strong interest in design, is super-organized, self-motivated, and enjoys handling administrative tasks such as client billing, digital asset management, and running errands. Located in the stunningly beautiful Columbia River Gorge, work environment is fun, flexible and focused on helping clients in the following industries: alternative energy, natural resource management, education, health & wellness, and sustainable tourism.
